It all started when …. our clients kept telling us that the industry needed an INDEPENDENT service provider to provide strategic advice and help navigate the fast-paced IT, Telecommunications, and Security services market. They were faced on a daily basis with service providers selling to them, rather than listening to their challenges or understanding their opportunities. 

Clients felt that sourcing options were limited to going with large service providers who wanted to lock them in to all of their service lines, or attempting to manage their service providers themselves.

Clients told us that they were frustrated by the inherent challenges associated with competitive service providers, concerned about others eating their lunch, rather than focused on collaboratively working together.

We also observed that the market was taking a paradigm shift from systems integration to services integration and that shift required a whole new service integration competency.
