Deborah has over 15 years’ experience leading teams in the ICT and Education sectors and is well known as an experienced facilitator of change among high-level stakeholders within government.

Over the last 10 years, Phil has focused on driving capability uplift for both insourced IT teams and service providers. With more than 30 years’ experience in the leadership of teams, programmes and projects in the Technology and Security domains, Phil focuses on establishing business and service outcomes early.
